Hi! Im Damond Fluellen and im a student at Copley High School. I am making this petition to advocate for one of my favorite teachers and coaches.

Mr. Steppenbacker has been an immense source of inspiration and motivation in my life, both as a teacher and a coach. His guidance and positivity have encouraged me to overcome numerous challenges and struggles.

 Mr. Step, has been one of my greatest educators and mentors. It would be incredibly disappointing to not have the opportunity to learn from him next year. His interactive teaching methods and genuine enthusiasm light up the classroom. He has taken over Kroms class and made it his own and it has been amazing.

Mr. Step’s dedication extends beyond the classroom; his role as a coach further emphasizes his commitment. He embodies the qualities of a true leader and role model, inspiring the team to achieve their best in every field. He may not have the experience outside of copley. But he has the heart, courage, and care for his students.

He has left his mark on me and the entirety of Copley. When it comes down to expreience there is nothing he can do about that. He is highly skilled and capable at connecting with us and motivating us to try everyday. No other teacher will do it like him, no other teacher shows up like he does

Every. Single. Day. 

The students and community of Copley deserve educators who genuinely care about their growth and development. Hiring Mr. Steppenbacker would be a step towards ensuring quality education and mentorship.
