Hire Andrew for a full-time position in our building. We are writing this petition because we have a unique opportunity to secure Andrew, a well-deserved full-time position at our building. Andrew has already proven himself to be an exceptional worker during his previous engagements with us. His dedication, hard work, and positive attitude have not only benefitted our building tremendously but have also made him a beloved member of our community.

Currently we are unable to hire Andrew because he is related to a member of staff and the management company does not allow staff relatives to be hired. We are already short staffed because a team member left on short notice recently. Additionally, David will soon be out on paternity leave and it will be difficult to get the building's maintenance done without extra hands.

We urge the property management and decision-makers to consider the contributions Andrew could make for us. Granting him a full-time position will not only benefit Andrew but also enrich our lives with a more harmonious and efficiently run home.
