Hindi is the national language in India and is widely spoken by many people outside India.

I, as a 12 year-old had taken Hindi G.C.S.E and obtained a grade B, in the UK, whilst at secondary school.

Today, I am reaping the benefits such as speaking to my Hindi clients, watching Bollywood movies and when going to India can communicate on a sound basis.

Whilst my generation had this opportunity, it has come to my attention there is no availability to teach G.C.S.E Hindi or take this as a subject in schools at state or private level.

I want my children to have the same opportunity and even more by re-enrolling Hindi at G.C.S.E level, eventhough a lessor taught language subject.

Please let's push to get as many signatures, so Hindi can be once again be recognised as a world leading language in the eyes of our young children and the governments education department.
