The BEATING OF AN 8 YR OLD BEAUTIFUL ANGEL!  THE NIGHTMARE BEGINS!!  IT ALL CAME OUT WHEN MY GRANDBABY ASKED FOR HELP WASHING HER LONG BEAUTIFUL HAIR!  NOTICING SEVERAL EXTREME BRUISES ON THE BACK SIDE OF THIS LITTLE 8 YR OLDS BODY!! COMPLETELY FORMED BELT MARKINGS!! THE BLUEST OF BLACK BRUISES!!  This sweet angel fell to the floor screaming 'NO!! MOMMY!! HE IS GONNA FIND OUT THAT YOUKNOW!!! PLEASE MOMMY DONT SEE THEM!!"  Was her immediate reaction.  After calming this child, Her Mother (my daughter) and I finally get the occurances of what happened and how......After arriving home from school on this particular evening, My EX son in law went looking thru my just turned 8 yr old Grandaughters back pack. He found a math test with a 'U' as the grade.  Ordered her to get in the shower. When she got out from the shower he ordered her while still completely naked to put her hands on the bed and proceeded to punish her by beating her with his leather belt! She tried to cover her bottom and back side with her hands in a resisting manner. So he pushed her naked and half beaten body onto the bed, held her down and proceeded to beat her again. This 8 yr old full of love and life was naked, held down and beaten by this Grown Man, 00. All the while this beating was taken place, 00 parents,  00 and 00 knowingly allowed this to take place in their home and not only found this acceptable but actually argued and defended this beating, and the actions of their son with reasons as to why it was acceptable and justified. This child was BRUISED ACROSS HER ENTIRE BOTTOM! 8 YRS OLD!!  While all this was taking place my other Grandaughter, 4 yr old 00 had to endure that this was taking place in the house. And obviously was tormented and now has nightmares of this incident. My Grandaughters are terrified to go around their own father and Grandparents. We have DCF completely on ourside but to no avail  The Hillsborough County Judge in this case Jessica G Costello, was very arrogant and without any type of empathy, and not allowing any type of evidence or details to be given, the over the phone case (due to Corvid-19) was dismissed in less than 5 minutes. So blown off in the rudest way, she said 'case dismissed! Goodbye!' And hung up. Almost CHILD LIKE.  Please please please help me by signing. This is out of hand and its not ok. We have to come together and protect our children. This cannot be shrugged off. These are 2 sweet Angels who are now forced to spend time with a man whom they are terrified to be around The people who can protect them and keep them safe are his parents, the girls Grandparents, who find this punishment fully acceptable.
