Washington state freeways have become a mess with so much litter. At times there’s more garbage than medium it seems.   Let’s have some pride in our state and tell Governor Inslee to do something about it. 

KOMO 4 News report from 2022 reported per WSP $9 million is spent on picking up litter per year and  there’s an average of 24,000 pieces per mile.
