HighRise Community Demands Change

HighRise Community Demands Change
The Issue
List of Demands:
1. Minor Safety:
- Ensure items released are age-appropriate, avoiding explicit content and promoting a safer environment for minors.
- Restrict the promotion and design of guns, particularly in themes like school, teen, baby, and cute, which are specifically tailored for a younger audience.
2. Predator Ban Enforcement:
- Take strong measures to ban predators from the platform.
3. Transparency:
- Clearly display grab probabilities for all items to enhance user understanding (should be listed in the grab).
4. Ethical Advertising:
- Implement advertising strategies that prioritize user experience over monetary gains, avoiding exploitative gambling schemes.
5. Bubbles and In-Shop Items:
- Regularly release new bubble grabs and expand the selection of items available in the in-game shop.
6. Revive Skypass or Similar System:
- Reintroduce a daily engagement system, like Skypass, to offer rewards for free players.
7. Incentives for Free Players:
- Bring back events with 3-5 themed fashion rounds, each featuring a bubble grab.
- Reinstate the practice of awarding energy in the initial themes.
- Enhance the overall experience for the community by promoting inclusivity and enjoyment.
8. Fair Treatment and Communication:
- Allow players to voice concerns without fear of censorship; implement warnings instead of immediate bans for guideline violations.
- Enhance the reporting system with additional options, ensuring a more detailed and nuanced approach to reporting. Include specific categories for:
- Reporting minors
- Addressing instances of bullying and harassment
- Eliminate automated responses from support without proper ticket review.
- Introduce more effective measures to address harassment, bullying, and witch hunting, taking disciplinary actions against offenders rather than solely relying on blocking.
9. Uniform Disciplinary Path:
- Establish a consistent disciplinary path for rule violations, including warnings, post removals, temporary mutes, and bans.
10. Points System for Guideline Violations:
- Introduce a transparent points system to track and communicate guideline violations.
11. Removal of Corrupt Staff:
- Conduct a thorough review and removal of staff engaging in corrupt practices.
12. Artist Rights and Fair Compensation:
- Ensure fair compensation for artists.
- Obtain permission before reusing competition art.
- Allow artists to create additional items for universal accessibility (daily gifts and bubble shop)
- No Back-to-Back Winning:
- Implement a policy to prevent artists from winning competitions consecutively, fostering diversity and fairness.
- Beginner-Friendly UDC:
- Introduce a more welcoming User Design Competition (UDC) for newcomers, new artists, or individuals without substantial followings.
- Staff Participation Restriction:
- Prohibit staff members from participating in UDC, considering their existing salary from the company.
- Transparency in Voting:
- Enhance transparency by providing clear information on how votes are taken into account during competitions.
