Education is a huge part of the society and community. Without educators the children in the community would not learn all the skills being taught during school and make the economy much lower. These children would have a hard time getting work and providing for their families. 

Higher wages for educators will keep teachers focused on improving supplies and knowledge to the classroom for better teaching. If wages are not increased the educator population will diminish and classroom sizes will increase giving less of an opportunity for children to learn properly. 

Now is the time to increase wages for educators to decrease classroom sizes, provide new and improved supplies, and increase knowledge with trainings. Not increasing wages for educators will increase classroom sizes and lower the economy.
