There is clear evidence that 5 Chapel Parish Councillors want to remove / move childrens play equipment,  especially the MUGA after one complaint about noise from kids. 

Its a park for all, the apparatus is there for children to play on, there isnt much else for kids to do in Chapel and the park is well used by children. No other residents have had a say or been invited to have a say on what happens to the parks play equipment,  5 cnllrs have decided among themselves that they are the law and will do what they please. We demand that every person in Chapel and the surrounding villages gets to have a say on what should happen, not 5 cnllrs and one complainant
