It’s time to take the Academy out of retirement. There have been too many police reports and cases ending in innocent civilians LOSING THEIR PERMITS as well as untrained officers being terminated from their positions solely because of their lack of experience and incapabilities. The Academy successfully filtered out the officers with ACTUAL COMMON SENSE, East Brickton has become plagued with shit officers who don’t know what to do in situations which has become increasingly inconvenient for civilians of EB. Instructors will then be able to confirm the officers are ready to move on to the next stage which not only prepares them for in-game scenarios, but also rids the PD of general incompetence and saves Internal Affairs/Unit Command a lot of time and energy wasted into officers who are simply not fit out for the job, or just unable to perform due to them literally being thrown into patrolling straight after the hiring process.
