Nihamafy ny fahatapahan-jiro sy rano tao Antananarivo sy tamin'ny faritra hafa tao anatin'izay telo volana izay. Misy fiantraikany lalina amin'ny toekarena, fihariana, fahasalamana (nisy ny maty teny amin'ny hopitaly noho ny fatapahan-jiro), fanabeazana, fahadiovana, sns. izany toejavatra miendrika herisetra izany. Mihamahantra hatrany ny Malagasy, izay efa latsaka ankaterena tanteraka! 

Mila vahaolana maika sady maharitra izany toejavatra izany, mba hisorohana ny fipoahana ara-tsosialy, ary koa mba hitandrovana ny zo fototra maha-olon'ny Malagasy. Nandefa taratasy mivantana sy maika ho an'ny Fiohampirenena sy ny Praiministra izahay olompirenena vitsivitsy, tonga saina amin'ny fahasahiranana lalina misy. Hateveno sy ampitapitao izany hiaka izany, ho fanafahana amin'ny ziogan'ny haizina, ny fahantrana, ny fahalovana ary ny tsy fahaiza-mitantana. Mila anao ny tanindrazantsika!

Ces trois derniers mois, les coupures d’électricité et d’eau – qui constituent quelque part une forme de violence – ont empiré à Antananarivo et dans plusieurs régions de l’île. Cette situation a des conséquences désastreuses sur l'économie, la santé (des patients sont morts dans les hôpitaux à cause des coupures d'électricité), l'éducation, l'hygiène, ... En un mot, sur la survie de la population, déjà plongée dans une situation de précarité extrême. 

Il est impératif de solutionner ces problèmes au plus vite et de façon pérenne, pour éviter l'explosion sociale, et pour sauvegarder les droits fondamentaux des Malgaches. Nous - quelques simples citoyens, conscients de la gravité de la situation - avons adressé un appel direct et urgent au Président et au Premier Ministre! Soutenez et relayez cet appel à la libération: libération du joug de la l'obscurantisme, de la misère, de la corruption et de la mauvaise gouvernance! Notre patrie compte sur vous!

Over the past three months, power and water outages – which are a form of violence in some way – have worsened in Antananarivo and in several regions of Madagascar. This situation has disastrous consequences on the economy, health (some patients died in hospitals because of power outages), education, hygiene, ... In a word, on the survival of the population, already plunged into a situation of extreme precariousness. 

We - ordinary citizens, concerned by the seriousness of the situation - have sent a direct and urgent appeal to the President and the Prime Minister to solve these problems as quickly as possible and in a sustainable way. This is needed NOW to avoid a social explosion, and to safeguard our fundamental rights ! Support and relay this call for liberation from the yoke of obscurantism, poverty, corruption and bad governance! Our homeland counts on you!
