It is unacceptable as it is that over 50% of the animals taken into the HESPERIA shelter never make it out alive. But then to be abused while they are there? And a policy that doesn't allow ALL non-profit rescue organizations to pull animals out to give them a chance? This is totally Unforgiveable. CHANGE THIS SHELTER's POLICIES NOW!!!

By signing this petition we will send a loud and clear message to all employees at ALL animal shelters across the country, abusive treatment and tactics in handling impounded animals is not only terribly cruel but will also result in punishment and them losing their job.
