This petition urges Cllr Plancey to be replaced and a commitment from the local Conservative Party they will not reselect Cllr Plancey for reelection and Cllr Morris Bright who protested at Cllr Myers connections by saying ”shame on you” and Cllr Jean Heywood who called Cllr Myers a ”disgrace”.

The ”disgrace” in this matter is in 2020 we have Conservative Party Members with views that take us back to the 1980’s, it's simply unacceptable whatever someones faith to speak in these terms and homophobic tropes have long since past any sell by date they should never have had in the first place.
