The Issue
Subscribers in the Sutherland area hereby request action to be taken with immediate effect for poor service, connectivity breakdowns, internet speed, customer feedback to complaints, explanation of why these problems have not been resolved, anticipated action to be taken and by when, credits for down time as not part of the contract.
This is most distressing/inconvenient/causing a loss to business, people working from home and general users. Occurrences take place approximately two days in the week, over weekends, month end and public holidays quite a pattern of/in outages.
Standard explanation if given to subscribers and on a rare reply received is a fibre problem between Laingsburg and Sutherland or at Sutherland. The problem will be posted to your Facebook page and tagged to all sites available if no feedback/action is received within three working days.
