For centuries, mankind has strived to achieve world peace. And for a short while that goal has been achieved by the release of the pinecone song. Unfortunately, after numerous years and the COVID-19 pandemic, societal joy has gone down significantly due to the lack of a new Pinecone song. This has caused serious turmoil in the minds of thousands of the fans of Herbert Midgley's environmentally supportive and emotionally moving music. Herbert Midgley initially shocked the world with the launch of his pinecone song in the far off year of 2009, crime rates dropped to zero, environmental damages were reduced to nothing, our CO2 emissions were removed entirely to a number lower than zero with us producing actually more healthy chemicals into our atmosphere, and Herbert Midgley had done all of this. Many historians point towards the pinecone song causing the period deemed "the third great awakening" which very quickly led to society becoming a warless place with everyone holding hands and smiling. Unfortunately, after the song's release, about 5 years later, things started to go downhill for society. Thus, I feel in a time of need such as 2020, where pandemics rage and people rage on the streets, I feel that society should bring back the pinecone song for 2020. So far, the original pinecone song has been growing in popularity after the opening of the Pinecone Shrinecone, a meme in VRChat, a virtual reality chatting application used to chat wearing virtual reality headsets such as the HP Reverb G2 and Oculus Quest 2.
