Lexington County Department of Social Services has failed my children and I miserably! Please Help to stop the disastrous ways of S.C. DSS. They purposely made me fail drug tests. I showed the lab technician my results and she wrote me a letter. This isn’t the first test they did this on. The tech said my ID that was on my hair didn’t even match my results. I know I’m not the only one. You have no rights with these people. � if you feel like they did it to you, show the lab your results. They can tell. She told me she hears it all the time but nobody ever brings any proof or pushes it. They will never get caught if nobody reports this stuff. Iv been screaming it’s not possible but nobody believed me. If you think they may have done this to you, First get copy’s all of ur drug test results. They HAVE TO GIVE U THEM IF U ASK. second ask the lab that tested you for copies of the pink sheets they give u when u get tested. Then compare the two. Make sure the reason for testing matches. the place the specimen was collected matches. MOST IMPORTANTLY MAKE SURE THE SPECIMEN ID MATCHES! This is the chain of command Id. It’s how they know it’s ur hair when they send results. If it does not match, THAT IS NOT THE CORRECT RESULTS. Also, we have to start making formal complaints y’all! Blow up the state dss office in Columbia’s phones. Send emails to state reps. Don’t just do what they say or give up. We have to fight this and together. It’s the only chance to bring this to light and get them to start investigating these people. They are legally kidnapping our kids. They had no reason to take my boys. I have a job, House, car that’s paid off, counseling on my own, they were in school and soccer and I passed every drug test. They conveniently got a positive drug screen when they were losing the fight and i was about to get my babies back. They charged me with a felony and I have a clean record. I’m not a criminal. It’s all lies and they have managed to ruin my whole life. I have made complaints to the state office several times. I have talked to a state rep. and still nothing. I feel like my kids were just snatched up and theirs nothing I can do about it. I’m a good mom. My 6 year old just tested 2nd place in his class on the state testing. My kids have no behavioral issues and are the most amazing little boys. Why don’t I have rights? Why are they allowed to traumatize my kids and myself just because they need to meet a number for funds from the government. Please someone help me get my babies home! We really need to fight this. I know I’m not the only one especially after seeing everyone’s comments. Please share the hell out of this because people don’t know this! Thank y’all.
