On 4/7/24 Little Neetchers announced they will have to close their doors due to a 50% rent increase coming in 2025. As of now, the owners of their rental are under Enger Lofts LLC. Little Neetchers is a wonderful space for children under 5 to enjoy, it features a cafe, a sitting area for adults, and an indoor playground for the littles. Little Neetchers has been an essential part of Duluths community for over 10 years! Please sign this petition and urge Enger Lofts LLC to NOT increase their rent by 50%. We understand that prices are going up and we’re all in a tough spot, but a 50% increase is unfair, and straining this business too much!
