Help us end the making of disgusting burrtios ik its not important to you but it is to us

The Issue

As someone who personally experiences the daily disappointment served in the form of an egg and sausage burrito at my school, I am raising this petition to put an end to this unsatisfactory situation. It's not just about the taste, we have found these breakfast items both texture-wise unpleasant and visually off-putting.

The choice of breakfast offered is leaving us with little to no options that can carry us energetically through the day. According to the Food and Nutrition Service by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, a well-balanced breakfast is crucial in promoting healthful eating and improves cognitive function among children (U.S. Department of Agriculture, 2012).

Despite this knowledge, our school continues to distribute these unsatisfying egg and sausage burritos that many students find disgusting. Students' negative experiences with school breakfast ought not to be overlooked, but rather should be resolved with the provision of better quality and healthier food options.

The solution is simple: we need our school to ensure that the breakfast menu has a variety of appetizing and healthy choices. This way, we all can start our day off right, focusing on learning, instead of on our grumbling stomachs.

Sign this petition today to end the distribution of unappetizing breakfast burritos in our school.
