To give you an idea of how heartless and vindictive Medivet are, Alex and his wife Barbara have only a couple of days ago.....YES a couple of days ago, been able to retrieve his personal belongings from his practice at Forest Lodge.
It's not as if staff at his practice don't know where he lives.
They have held on to Cards of Support etc for over a YEAR ☹️
THERE ARE NO LOYAL STAFF AT THE FOREST ROW PRACTICE.
Anyone using the practice are supporting Medivet and not Alex.
Medivet don't pay Alex anything and he is now forced to go out on the road as a Mobile Vet to support his young family.
There will be an update on that very soon.
In the meantime Medivet will keep annoying Alex by trying to delay and intimidating him in the hope he'll just give up and walk away.
I'm sure Medivet realise by now that this won't happen as he has the backing of our entire community and beyond.
There is a Case Management Conference scheduled for 6th June where a Judge will set up the timeline for the case to proceed to trial.
It's estimated that future costs will be in excess of £95,000 and we can't emphasise how important it is to keep the Support Fund in a good position for Alex to have his day in Court and see this heartless juggernaut off.
