Help Us Achieve Justice for Dr Alex Llorens Against Medivet
The Issue
Our community has been deeply affected since the recent actions of MEDIVET in preventing Dr Alex Llorens from continuing to practice at his OWN practice at Forest Lodge Veterinary Surgery in Forest Row, East Sussex, where he is a partner.
Since his forced departure, fees have increased by almost THREEFOLD.
Alex is now in dispute with Medivet and has issued a Claim in Court
He has been locked out of his practice.
This is causing extreme suffering of animals and their owners in our community. This affects our entire community as Alex has been in our community since December 2011 and loved by animals and their owners
He is the foundations of our community
Dr. Llorens is more than just a vet. He's a Super Vet.
He's an integral part of our community who has consistently demonstrated his commitment to animal welfare and health. His dedication was especially evident during the COVID-19 pandemic when he provided around-the-clock care for our pets, unselfishly putting their needs before his own.
He goes out in his pyjamas at night to help animals who are sick or in distress.
He takes animals home with him when they are really poorly to keep an eye on them.
His absence not only disrupts the continuity of care for our beloved pets but also deprives us of a trusted professional whose expertise and compassion are unparalleled in our community.
We believe that MEDIVET are putting profits before animal welfare, not to mention the appalling treatment of Alex.
We welcome the decision by the CMA to investigate the corporate greed in these institutions.
Their Chief Operating Officer, Chris Cools has suddenly left Medivet.......is this a coincidence or was he forced out because of the appalling way this has been handled?
Medivet did not expect this backlash from the community and appear to have put themselves in a corner which is evident from their silence.
The list of shameful behaviour by Medivet towards our community is lengthy.
We must fight against these greedy corporates.
They regularly post on Social Media such as LinkedIn about their amazing treatment of their employees and clients.
They should hang their heads in shame.

Alex has a young family and they are suffering extreme stress due to this heartless juggernaut.
We urge MEDIVET to resolve this without delay so he can continue providing excellent veterinary care to our pets – they need him as much as we do!
We don't need Medivet....we need our Super Vet, Alex.
As this is now a dispute, and a Claim has been issued by Alex, hefty Legal Fees will now be incurred.
