Just to add a little further explanation, the Claim has been issued through the High Court. The fact the Claim has been issued is public information so we are at liberty to confirm this to you.
The exact detail of the Claim remains private and confidential and therefore we cannot provide any detail.
In the event the Claim goes to Trial and Judgment is issued the Judgment will become public information and then more detail will be available.
If, however, the Claim is settled without going to trial we might not be able to share any of the details.
