Hello again everyone.
Due to the lack of response by Medivet to address our concerns, we believe the time has come to take action by way of a Collective Action against Medivet.
We continue to hear very sad stories that appear to be getting worse and more frequent.
We have been talking to several high profile lawyers who take on cases on a NO WIN NO FEE basis. At least 2 of them are eager to fight our case.
The case will be a Collective Action by our community against Medivet, who have inflicated the pain and suffering on our animals and community, due to the absence of Alex.
So, what we need now, is for anyone who has had a bad experience at the Forest Row practice, be it ludicrous or unfair pricing, or their pets have suffered directly due to Alex’s absence, poor service, or you feel that your Mental Health has been affected by all this, then please send us your experiences.
This will be forwarded to the the Legal Experts who will look at the issues case by case.
To simplify matters, we have created a central e-mail account for anyone concerned with how they, or their animals have been negatively impacted by Medivet in Forest Row, due to Alex's abscence.
If I were the CEO of Medivet I know what I would do…..I would sort this mess out without delay.
This is just the start of the processes we have in the planning stage.
