Manatees are wonderful animals. They are so gentle and harmless but still people do not care about the harm that they give to manatees. My name is Gwendolyn Rose and I want to save all the manatees from being endangered or extinct. I’ve been loving manatees since I was in 3rd grade. Now I’m almost in 6th and still love and support them. I have donated and adopted manatees from Save the manatees club and I think you should too. I have created slideshows, posters, and videos of why these fascinating animals deserve a better environment and life instead of being worried about boat riders speeding and scraping their backs with the motor. Manatees face many challenges in wildlife. Including scars from boat motors, pollution, and habitat destruction that causes starvation (from sea grass destruction). I find this devastating that we are the cause of such graceful and gentle and harmless animals. There are many manatee mothers losing their children and manatee children losing their mothers from the harm that we cause to the waters of Florida. So if you see this and you want to help then sign this petition.

The reason for this is so that we can change the laws and add laws to the places where manatees or really any animals live so that they cannot be harmed. Maybe by using renewable energy sources or using kayaks where there are Manatees striving in the waters. You might think things like picking up trash, walking to school or home or work, recycling items, reusing items, or even donating to small charities won’t help at all. But even the smaller actions can make a huge difference. 

Spread the word about how Manatees need your help and how helping one animal might help others. If you sign this or even have interest for this share it to your friends or family. Even if you have never heard of Manatees in your life, you can still make a difference. 

If your wondering what Save the manatees club is or does. It is a website where you can adopt or donate to Manatees that they have kept safe in their rescue center. Their Manatees are well cared for and treated with kindness and gentleness. You can also view the waters they swim in at the center. They reunite family, save manatees lives, and when the manatees are well enough to go back into the wild they release them. Remember those manatees need your support so click my like above and donate or adopt a manatee from them! And who knows you could save an injured manatee! My favorite part about this club is that they give you updates about your manatee in the mail a couple of time in a year so you could never miss anything about your manatee! 
Finally, don’t forget that we are the main reason for most animals endangerment, but it’s not to late to be the reason we save the animals endangerment.
