Jessica Cortez Luna was killed on December 26 2020 at hands of her partner of 5/6 years, Jessica left behind 4 kids ages 13, 8, 4, 2. Jessica’s killer is still on the loose, It has been 1 year and almost 4 months and Durham County Jail has failed us to bring her justice, please do us a favor and bring this to their attention !
