"Trouble the Water," the Oscar-nominated documentary about one Lower 9th Ward's survival after Hurricane Katrina, helped remind the American people that the injustices in the Gulf Coast are far from over. Now it's our job to tell Congress to take action to repair the communities that were destroyed. This problem is bigger than just Hurricane Katrina, so we need real legislative action to make a difference.
