too many men are victims of the false rape accusations, no dna, no evidence, just an accusation, from a ex girlfriend, or a wannabe girlfriend, whatever the reason, a mans life is ruined, Iam asking that  a woman that is sexually assaulted, have  a rape test kit done, any evidence saved, please do not just accuse a man just to get even with him, if a woman makes a false rape accusation, she should be prosecuted to the fullest, my 2 sons have been falsely accused of rape, with no evidence, no dna, nothing, just the females accusation, they are serving time in prison,,they are labeled sexual predators,, everything they have is gone, and I have been fighting to get dna testing for them, if there in there for rape, then test them for dna, no one will, this must stop, it takes away from the real sexual assaults.
