I have lived in my property since 2009. I have 5 children all have grown up living in a massionette with communal yard. We have had a swimmingpool up for around 10 years now goes up in march and down in sept. The use of this is the children on the balcony we also have toys(play house,bike,scooter) which we have now been informed that we are not allowed to use. Pool has to be taken down after all these years all kids toys need removing and they are not allowed to keep toys in yard even though all toys put away in play house of a night time. We always keep out communal yard clean and swept so kids can always use it. I'm hoping to change the new policy they mhs homes have brought in back in December 2023 stating nothing is allowed in communal yards unless we have storage which mhs will not provide. I am also ment to be having my wedding venue in the communal yard on the 8th aug. all residents in balcony are invited but not allowed it down there. So as a communal yard what is it's use
