Help save my chicken coop!

Help save my chicken coop!
The Issue
Hello neighbors. I am writing today in asking for your support at the upcoming HOA meeting on Monday at 8am. We have had our chicken coop for almost 4 years, and the size of my coop is suddenly in jeopardy. We had to submit a variance request. There is a new rule of 64sqft for the size of a chicken coop and run. Which is extremely small and we do not fit the criteria of that. My chickens need and deserve more space and to not be crammed like industrialized chickens are… We were not even notified that our variance request will be talked about this Monday, as we were told our violation was closed. They completely misled us. Again, I have had this set up for FOUR YEARS, and my chickens have never bothered anyone. Not one complaint, and my neighbors actually tell me they love them. Our set up costs us more than $2500 to date just for material, not including everything else we have invested in them… and if we are forced to tear it all down.. then I will probably have to just get rid of them completely. My husband works out of town constantly. I see him maybe once a month for a couple days. I would have to hire someone just to tear down all my hard work and money. I simply cannot afford to rebuild it to their standards. I believe in teaching my children all about nature and how to be self sufficient. My toddlers have helped me hatch all of our chickens from eggs and raised them and help tend to them daily. We garden vegetables with them, installed a butterfly garden for our quickly disappear monarch butterflies, and they even know the bees pollinate the flowers and make honey at the young ages of 2 & 3. Not only will I be heartbroken, (I’ve already been crying over this) but my human babies will be absolutely devastated.
We handle and love our chickens daily and they are extremely spoiled. They get fresh fruits and vegetables every day. Our family and friends and close by fellow neighbors really love interacting and seeing them too. They bring everyone a lot of joy, and me, a stay at home mom of two toddlers under 3, a fun educational hobby to pass on to my children, family and friends, and believe it or not, the chickens bring me a lot of peace…
Below I have attached several pictures showing you our joy we receive from our spoiled hens, and some of our beautiful colorful eggs that we constantly share with the local community. ☀️
I know most people here don’t believe in my lifestyle, but I feel it is so important to teach my children to be self sufficient in this cold world that gets worse everyday. Especially with the continual rising costs of food and just everything in general.
The meeting is at 8am on a Monday. A day and time where almost everyone is at work. I am begging for your support if you can come. And I ask for my neighbors to stand up for us please. This is so important to me. I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
