Two weeks into the campaign and we have nearly 300 signatures. Thank you.
On Wednesday I had a very productive meeting with TBC’s Executive Director - Place. During over 3 hours of frank and honest discussions about the problems of congestion around the A46; TBC’s unenviable position of having less than 5 years’ supply of building land; their loss of yet another planning appeal, in part due to the lack of support from Gloucestershire Highways regarding concerns about traffic congestion; it became clear there is need for greater cooperation between the various levels of local government - something that he will be pursuing early in the new year.
Currently, TBC is seeking feedback on a draft Charter for Sustainable Growth - Garden Communities. I encourage you read it and let them know your thoughts. There is a short questionnaire and / or the opportunity to provide more in-depth feedback. I have provided mine, so it would be wrong for me to influence yours, other than to say that I hope and trust that you will make time to contribute.
Please pass this on to others who share our concerns.
Breaking News
I have just seen the proposal for up to 175 homes at Pamington. Please provide feedback to the developer (it is to be expected that they will say they have consulted with local residents).

I have asked for a copy of the transport assessment, so that I can review and comment on their claims.
Thank you.
