So the case has been picked up by the Kentucky Department of Public Advocacy because there were many problems with her legal representation in her original trial. She was given bad advice among other things. However support from friends, family and the community at large could go a long way in showing the support she has if and when she is to get out. Kentucky DPA is trying for a new trial overall but even a sentence modification to dismiss the PFO enhancement would be a huge step.
