Medical errors in hospitals are out of control. My mother in law died as a result of two medical errors; it turned out that the hospital had several class action suits against them. Now it is closed, but how many more are still around, covering up errors that can result in permanent illness or death?

It's bad enough that too many of us are slaves to our jobs because we can't lose health benefits (those of us who haven't been laid off yet). Is it too much to ask that people receive proper health care? C'mon, everyone makes mistakes, but it is criminal to cover them up. Let's stop this plague of lies and incompetence.
