A few years ago our humane society officer was removed from office. Since they were removed we have had people step up to try and help animals in need. These people are going about it the wrong way. There is too much harassment involved by the self proclaimed humane society personnel in Clinton County. 
If we were to get a new humane society officer in office we would not have to deal with the self proclaimed humane society personnel that keep harassing people about their animals. If we were to not have a humane society officer then we will have to continue seeing people be harassed all the time for how their animals are being treated. As a community right now we have people who care about animals that are using too many emergency lines and wasting public resources because we don’t have a humane society officer to call. If we had a humane society officer then our emergency lines would free up for actual emergencies.

This petition will be used to show we care about our animals and want a change in our county by getting a new humane society officer back in office. If you are also tired of the self proclaimed humane society personnel and wish to also get our humane society officer back sign the petition.
