We, the athletes, parents, alumni, and supporters of Shadow Hills Cheer, are asking administration to reconsider bringing back our coaching staff. Our coaches created a program built on accountability, discipline, growth, and team unity. They consistently pushed us to be better athletes and people while maintaining standards that were clearly communicated to everyone.

The coaching staff ultimately stepped away because they felt unsupported when attempting to uphold those expectations and address ongoing team issues appropriately. We believe their leadership, dedication, and care for this program made a positive impact on the team and school community.

By signing this petition, we are showing our support for these coaches and expressing that we would like administration to work toward restoring stability and support within the program.

We respectfully ask administration to listen to the voices of the athletes and families who care deeply about the future of Shadow Hills Cheer and bring back our coaches with the proper support from the athletic director.
