Hi my name is Malachi Mays a 15 year old that stay in Mer Rouge Louisiana and I am starting this petition to help us get out of our aunt Linda Mays-Logan custody and get the justice that we deserve a long story short is my mom had a stroke February 2020 and we was living with my grandma months went by and we was moved out due to us getting abused and dcfs said that she failed to protect us so I was staying with my god mom about 2 months then the dcfs said I had to come home to my family and that me and my 2 sisters would be in her custody so we started getting beat on I was calling cps, police etc nothing happened however my aunt finally got arrested 01-19-2022 for cruelty to a juvenile and said that my sister had to go stay with my grandma because there was a protective order she started going to court and she plead guilty then she started abusing me mentally and physically she even ran me over with a car recently and nothing was done the police told me to stay at my grandma house for now so that's where me and my sister that was abused is staying now she saying that my sister have to come home I also have a younger sister that has a development delay that's in her custody so it's a must that we get out of her custody also my grandma house is my aunt place of employment due to her being my grandma sitter we aren't supposed to be at my grandma house due to social worker Maurice Watkins said my grandma failed to protect us so therefore I need everyone to sign and share this petition to get us the help and justice we deserve
