Jacky grew up in countless  abusive  placement since he was a child and was forced into the streets of Akron Ohio to live by age ten. He started to hangout with other mentally troubled youth and ended up committing two murders at eighteen.  He was sentence to two murders, (30-life and 23-life). However, Jacky overcame his chaotic and extremely violent environment in the Ohio prison becoming an ordained Minister, a Menlee of Mr.Louis Reed, a civil rights, teacher, an entrepreneur and a Christian Author.  He's a truly reformed man by the grace of God, He deserves clemency. Jacky was transferred from Ohio prison to the Connecticut prison system in2017. He filed fora pardon (clemency) with the Ohio Governor in 2020 and still await Governor Mike DeWine's signatures.
