Before reading the rest please understand that this is not to disrespect or criticize the festival this is simply an attempt for our voices to be heard by people who have power over managing the festival. I’ve been to summer smash over the years multiple times and I can admit I enjoy myself every time but there are some minor problems that goes on every year that should be fixed so let’s talk about it. 

1. Lineup dates: We do not want to rush you into giving us the lineup dates too early but giving us the dates 1-2 months before the festival is not enough time especially for people who have to book hotels, flights , organize a group etc. You have other festivals like rolling loud who release their dates 5 months+ in advance so if we can get those dates a little sooner in the future that’ll be a lot of help. 
   
   
2. More water stations: Me personally and a lot of other people have all experienced waiting over 15 minutes in line just to get water it’s so many people at 1 festival if you want to prevent dehydration and fainting you guys have to add more water stations 

      3. Improve the tent: Last Year the tent was literally a hazard I saw so many people passing out , leaving with bloody faces , being dragged out by their friends … it’s just too much , I like the tent but I guess it’s just not enough air maybe close off the roof or something so the fans could actually work idk also if you can remove it from by that sandy area please do so because it was so much dust and dirt pollution flying around everywhere last time . 

        4. Listen to the fans: it’s your festival but at the end of the day we’re the ones paying you and giving you money maybe ask us who we want to see on the lineup and actually put the people that we ask for or at least some of them/ Most of them I feel like all the fans just get ignored and the festival just gets planned however the management wants to do it.
