Dear Residences at Saltio Building Management,

We, the residents of Residences at Saltio in Austin, Texas, are writing to express our concerns about the current delivery service, Fetch Delivery. While we appreciate the efforts to improve our package delivery process, we strongly believe that Fetch Delivery is not the solution we need. Many of us have experienced issues with this service, including lost packages, slower delivery times, and overall extreme unreliability.

Furthermore, we are concerned about the mandatory $20 monthly fee that we are being charged, regardless of whether or not we use the service. This seems like an unnecessary burden on our finances, especially when we are not seeing the benefits that were promised to us. 

We request that the apartment building management immediately ends their partnership with Fetch Delivery and explore other options that are more reliable, affordable, and convenient for all residents. We are confident that together we can find a solution that better meets the needs of our community.
