In November of 2020 during covid outbreak, my family member Derek Anson needed hospital treatment ( Derek had brain damage from a fall in childhood). He had limited mobility, speech, communication but he was Derek,a human being with his own personality, thoughts and feelings and knew how he wanted to be treated by people and was extremely intelligent he just couldn't verbalise it well, but I loved him so much and the family and community kept a close eye so he could live independently and free from institutions which he thrived on.

He went in hospital December 16th they unlawfully discharge him with a drip hanging out his arm, in the night the drip came out and we rushed him back up to hospital for help, we never saw him again, he went in with unsteadiness on his feet, back passage bleeding and died of hospital incurred covid and pneumonia and Hodgkin's lymphoma. 

He spent over 2 months in the hospital,he died on February 14th 2021 refused and visitors made to sign on own consent forms and give own permission for treatment when he was clearly unfit to do so, family were never told of unlawful dolls order( deprecation of liberty order) after they realised he was brain damaged even though we begged and asked and told numerous staff and services he could not communicate and required a learning disability nurse to help he was given a leaflet and left, no special diet or any contact with family, he ran away twice we were not informed or even allowed to see him after they sent police to collect him, they put security staff to on his door to stop him moving freely they verbally abused and refused him contact with family, this is a serious human rights breach, I need to raise funds to hire a solicitor that specifically deals with human right laws I can't get one as his case is so complex but If anyone has family, friends loved ones with a hidden disability I beg for a small donation so I can hopefully raise enough funds to bring the government to account for taking away all my uncles human rights under an emergency covid law that didn't put disabled 1st being the most vunrable in society surely mentally disabled had a right to the jab when they rolled out to protect what happens to Derek, he didn't ask for anything all he wanted to do was be in his home environment or have a familiar face to help wash bath and check on his health , they took away his basic rights licked him away and left him to die, I have all records and lots of evidence I just need support to get the justice Derek rightly deserves, they took his voice away and you all need to know how brutal the NHS system is for the most vunrable In society and In an emergency why are disabled people bottom of pile? We need answers? Someone needs to be held accountable for unlawful d.n.r refused intensive as they didn't have time to keep him hygienic after wards, would you be happy with that death wish? Enough momentum with signatures might actually get Boris and government to take notice and ensure no other person regardless of their intelligence or disabilities they get same rights pandemic or not! What happens next time a government emergency happens! We should not as a society with compassion allow this!
