Hey everyone! 

Great news, Ofgem are finally reviewing standing charges! They made a request for information this morning, which is the first step in the process. You shouldn't expect this to mean quick changes, the chances are that any outcome from this work won't come into practice until Winter 2024 or Spring 2025, Ofgem take a while to do these things. 

The video above is just a little intro video to their document and I talk about something weird I found in the document, feel free to let me know if you understand it! 

Also, I'm still running the customer services survey, so if you haven't done it yet please click the link above to complete it, it'll only take 2-3 minutes. This survey is being run because Ofgem have put new rules in place to try to improve customer services this Winter, so I'm running a survey now and another one in 6 months to see if there is notable improvement, so please do complete the survey if you can.
