Ofgem have published new consumer standards - Help us see if they work!

Hi everyone,

Ofgem recently published new consumer standards, this is part of their work to increase the quality of customer services over the coming Winter and future years. You can see a summary of the new standards here: https://www.ofgem.gov.uk/publications/new-customer-services-standards-energy-suppliers

I personally don't think they'll make a difference, I think suppliers have been making huge profits for well over a year now and have been giving those profits to shareholders rather than spending them on improving customer services. But, in order to verfiy if that is true or not (and therefore present Ofgem with proof) I am conducting a couple of surveys. It'll be the same survey done at two separate times, once now and once in April 2024 after there has been 6 months with these new standards in place. I'll email everyone again in April to ask if you can complete the survey again then.

So if you would like to help, I'd really appreciate if you can complete the survey in the link above. It should only take 2-3 minutes, it is a fairly short survey.
