Hi everyone,

Thursday I posted a video about Ofgem possibly making a mistake in their justification for consulting on an increase to the price cap to cover additional bad debt in the energy market (which is ridiculous still) and I said I have a meeting with them and other consumer groups on Friday, so I created the video above to talk you through what happened in the meeting. 

I'm going to post my response to their consultation tomorrow, I'll write it out and send a link to you all and tell you where you can send it if you want to get involved, i'll also do a short video explaining the questions and answers. The long-and-short-of-it will be that Ofgem want to add a new cost to the price cap, charging us all more and I'm going to say I dont want that, then tell them why I think they're wrong to introduce any such allowance. We all need to get involved to ensure Ofgem listen to us and stop this non-sense, so please do follow the instructions I send tomorrow.
