Updated Energy Guide and Ofgem Consultation Responses

Hi Everyone,

Firstly, thank you to everyone that has emailed me your Ofgem complaints over the last week. I'm filtering through and trying to reply to everyone, but there are a lot to go through! I'll be using them to determine the biggest issues we're all facing and highlight them to Ofgem next week. 

As promised last week, I've uploaded my two responses to Ofgem on the EBIT and Headroom allowances to my website and I've updated the energy guide. I thought I'd share these with you all, hopefully you approve of the responses given and you find the guide helpful. 

With regards to the guide, I've received a surprising number of questions about whether only over-50s can sign up for the newsletter. Anyone is welcome to sign up for the newsletter, we don't ask your age or date of birth or anything. My company do focus on helping the over-50s community but a lot of the tips and guides we give (especially around energy) are appropriate for everyone, so please feel free to subscribe even if you're under 50.
