Dear Honorable Judge Soto,

Please help my father Geoff Cole and my sister Samantha get a new judge who will treat them fairly and reasonably.

Judge Sarduy will not listen to me or let me testify regarding the truth about my mother and what life was like for my sister and me living with her.

I am 18 now and no longer have to worry about ever going back there, but Judge Sarduy is trying to force my sister back to our mom’s house against her will and safety. She has run away three times since being returned to my mother’s custody, yet Judge Sarduy will not talk to her or let her have a guardian. He is also trying to block her from having an attorney who can speak for her in court.

My sister wants to come back, but not with the threat of police force, the private investigators that our mother has hired, or boarded up windows and bodyguards.She wants to come back with a guardian so she will not be alone and can live in a place where she feels safe.

It seems like Judge Sarduy would rather have my sister be a runaway than listen to our side of the story. He is even keeping my father in jail and away from us for no reason. My father complied with all court orders and didn’t do anything wrong. We need our dad back.
