Help Disney improve in the Modern Era

Help Disney improve in the Modern Era
The Issue
Based on a Disney Wiki post I read:
"It feels like animation is going through another renaissance, with movies like Into The Spider-Verse, Klaus, Wolfwalkers, The Mitchells vs. the Machines, The Bad Guys, Puss in Boots: The Last Wish, Guillermo del Toro's Pinocchio, Nimona, TMNT: Mutant Mayhem, Across the Spider-Verse and The Boy and the Heron.
And Dreamworks is making The Wild Robot (directed by Chris Sanders), which looks good, and even Pixar has a few original stories like "Elio" and the upcoming "Hoppers" before they do sequels, and indie animation is also getting popular.
But it seems like Disney is becoming the only studio that doesn't want to change, ever since Jennifer Lee became Chief Creative Officer, Walt Disney Animation's movies became worse because they're playing it too safe, Jennifer Lee said that the reason Wish wasn't 2D was because 2D animation was too limited, and this is the same studio that pushed the limits of 2D animation.
And Star was going to be a humanoid, and the king and the queen were going to be a villain couple, but no, Star became a marketable plushie, Magnifico is a mess of a villain and the queen leaves him after he went crazy despite being with him for many years.
If they didn't want to make a villain couple, they could have just made Magnifico an anti-villain like John Silver or Abuela, like he could start out as a good guy who cares about his kingdom, but later uses dark magic to not lose his home again and becomes evil, but gets saved near the end.
And Strange World is so bland and forgettable that it deserved to bomb at the box office in my opinion, i don't even know what to say about that movie.
Do you think Disney is going to experiment with their animation style?"
I think there really must be a way to bring back Disney's magic and change them back to a better company. Disney has had a positive impact on the film industry and I really don't want them to be a hated company forever (or to be forced to shut down). I'm actually planning to work at Disney in the future and one of my Disney film ideas will be using an animation style inspired by Spider-Verse and Puss in Boots.
I know every company has their flaws but there's no reason to compare them to anything that's far worse, like the Nazis' atrocities (this is not mentioned in the post but I want to say it for good reasons), and there is always space for improvement. It's okay if you dislike Disney but please don't say anything negative or hurtful. Any support to help Disney improve are appreciated. Thank you!
