Securing a spot at Chronic Con 3 will not be an easy feat, especially for a growing podcast like ours, "Discover the Flow". We've attended both Chronic Con 1 & 2 and done interviews with several guest of the convention (Ralph Garman, Marc Bernardin, Jason Mewes, Jake Rubles, Ming Chen, Brian O'Halloran) each time striving to find the perfect environment where our creative voices can be naturally expressed. In our experience, bustling event halls can sometimes drown out our message, compelling us to seek out areas where our storytelling can truly shine. 

While the main event halls at Chronic Con are certainly a hub of excitement and energy, those very attributes present challenges for recording our podcast. However, the hallway just outside the main convention hall of the Hyatt Regency offers a quiet refuge, ideal for our podcasting needs. The space in previous years has been used for almost nothing except a Monster Energy Drink booth and few spots for photo ops. It provides the perfect location and acoustics for our podcast "Discover the Flow" to deliver clear sound and compelling stories to our audience.

Allowing us a booth in the hallway during Chronic Con 3 would mean the world to us, and it's a decision that would highlight the inclusivity and adaptability of this renowned event. It's not just about our podcast; it's about the shared community experiences and the diverse voices that events like Chronic Con foster. By embracing different formats and providing spaces for all creators, we ensure everyone’s voice is heard.

We are fully aware of the importance of organizing a large event like Chronic Con and allocating spaces mindfully. However, utilizing the often-overlooked hallway space for podcasts offers a practical solution while maintaining the vibrant atmosphere of the main event. It enhances the overall experience for attendees seeking various content formats and provides an opportunity for Chronic Con to showcase its support for developing creators.
