My name is Jasming Ordonez, and I am a mother asking for support in one of the most important fights of my life: being reunited with my son, King, and giving him the stability, love, and consistency he deserves.

For nearly three years, I have had to endure a separation from my son that no mother should have to experience. Throughout this journey, I have continued to show up, remain patient, advocate for King, and trust that eventually my voice—and most importantly, King’s best interests—will be heard.

This is not about attacking another parent.

This is about my son.

King deserves stability in his home and education. He deserves consistency. He deserves to know that he is loved by his mother and his entire family. He deserves the freedom to have healthy relationships with the people who love him without feeling caught between adults.

I have missed birthdays, ordinary mornings, school days, conversations, hugs, and countless little moments that can never be replaced.

But I have never stopped being King’s mother.

I have never stopped loving him.

And I have never stopped fighting to be part of his life.

I am asking for the opportunity to bring my son home and provide him with a stable environment where his emotional well-being, education, family relationships, and future can be nurtured and protected.

My goal is not revenge, punishment, or conflict. My goal is to be able to raise my son, protect his childhood, and give him the consistency he needs.

I am asking everyone who believes that children deserve meaningful relationships with loving parents, stability, consistency, and a childhood free from unnecessary conflict to stand with King and me.
