HELP BRING JHARRELL HOME
Hello, my name is Caley Jae, and I am Jharrell’s mother. I am a mother of three.

On July 31st, Jharrell came running into my home crying and saying, “Mommy, police.” I was subsequently removed from my residence and detained while my children were taken from the home.

I did not give Jharrell’s father, or anyone else, permission or consent to take Jharrell out of Manitoba. I did not agree to my son being removed from his established home in Winnipeg to Ontario .
Being denied ignored repeatedly when the topic got brought up to general authority’s of Metis cfs they ignored the question and never once mentioned his name in court . Videos and evidence piled up .

Following his removal, I spent significant time trying to locate him for 2 years .
I was eventually able to find Jharrell and was present for his first day of school. I provided his school supplies, spent time with him, and took him on outings. He stayed with me for two nights. With his location on - During that time, there were no concerns raised that prevented me from caring for or being with my son.

Jharrell's father subsequently refused to allow him to return home with me.

Jharrell later wrote a letter asking to come home and stating that he had been away for two years. His expressed wishes are an important part of why I continue to speak publicly about this matter.

I was also given information denying or disputing that Jharrell had been flown to another province. Despite this, I later located him outside Manitoba. This discrepancy is one of the reasons I am seeking clear answers about when, how, and under whose authority my son was moved from Manitoba.

I have also disputed allegations that were made against me. From my perspective, there have been no substantiated concerns presented to me that establish that Jharrell should have been permanently separated from my care or removed from my home province. I have encountered conflicting accounts and statements, and I believe some of the information relied upon has been based on allegations and verbal reports rather than evidence that has been properly tested in court.

When I pursued legal proceedings, my lawyer received written information stating that there were no open files involving my family at that time. I have therefore continued seeking documentation and clear evidence supporting the decisions that resulted in my son's continued separation from me.

There are additional matters I have raised that I believe require proper review, including the allegations made against me, the continued separation between Jharrell and me, restrictions concerning communication, statements and threats I say were made by his father, a recorded apology, and who also made these allegations with him.

I am not presenting disputed allegations as proven facts. I am stating what I experienced, what I was told, what I have documented, and what I believe requires proper examination.

This separation has had a significant emotional impact on Jharrell, his sister, and me. Years of childhood and family relationships have been affected, and those years cannot be recovered.

My position remains straightforward:

I did not consent to Jharrell being taken out of Manitoba. I want the circumstances surrounding his removal, his continued separation from me, and the information relied upon to make those decisions properly documented and examined.

Jharrell is my son. His voice, his wishes, his well-being, and his relationship with his family matter.

I am asking for transparency, accountability where supported by the evidence, and a fair consideration of the facts.
