We’re asking Liberty students to support C&A Ballroom becoming an official SGA club.

If you’d like to see ballroom dancing offered on campus, please add your name to this petition. You do not need to know how to dance, and signing does not commit you to joining the club. It simply shows SGA that students want this opportunity at Liberty University.

C&A Ballroom would give students a place to learn dances like waltz, foxtrot, swing, and other traditional ballroom styles in an organized, Liberty-approved setting.

It’s also about more than dancing. Ballroom gives students a chance to meet people outside their usual circles, build confidence, learn how to lead and follow well, and practice the kind of courtesy and face-to-face communication that is becoming surprisingly rare these days.

And yes, knowing what you’re doing at the next wedding reception is a nice bonus.

Becoming an official SGA club would allow us to work within Liberty’s established structure, with student leadership, a faculty advisor, and approved events on campus.

Our goal is 300 signatures by September 10.
