What is Pink Tax?

Pink Tax is when a manufacturer company taxes products that are pink or are explicitly targeted for women higher than other products. This also includes feminine hygiene products such as pads and tampons, seen as goods rather than necessities and charged much higher.

Why should we ban Pink Tax?

It is toxic and inhumane to the women and girls of Massachusetts. It also benefits unfair gender pay, where women get paid less than men. New York and California are only 2 out of 50 states who have banned the Pink Tax, lets help and make that 2 into a 3 and sign to help Massachusetts ban Pink Tax.
