On the examination date, I felt extremely ill. The surrounding people could feel my tension and illness. I struggled with whether to take the exam due to physical concerns but decided to proceed because I sincerely wish to graduate in June without further worries. I arrived at the examination room late, around 9:20 am, as attested by invigilators and the Professor since there was no extra copy of the exam paper available. I have submitted petition for the deferred exam, but the Registra Office has been delaying the whole process because their administration problem and not considering student' benefit, delaying student's graduation time where we have paid full-amount tuition for school every year. 

They have also rescind the offer unfairly without any previous notice. As the date that I rejected their first option of graduating with a management specialist with no chance taking the final exam of this course to pass the only course to gain a finance degree, I have the right to believe that they are doing it in a way simply just gives students a difficult time, which should not be the case happening in this reputable school valuing students welfare as their ends were to better support and help students to finish the degree and foster students' success.

This situation highlights a significant issue that affects many students who face unforeseen circumstances on exam days. To ensure fairness and support student well-being, we urge University in Scarborough to require more early exam scheduling options for students and actually allocate those who need them to graduate and not cancel the exam sitting just simply for the sake of students checking out procedures too often, returning the fair treatment to this student too.

On top of it, there are a lot of problems occurring on the side of Registra Office this time as they maliciously cancel the petition that further delayed the process of a student, so I wish they can take responsibility and let me write an exam before going back as soon as possible and compensate my time by canceling the course and uncr/ncr another course, re-evaluating other petitions as many of them were made under unfair judgements, and cover my transportation fees wasted on this matter if possible.pass the course automatically with counting in degree so that I can satisfy the graduation requirement by June 10th,
or finish the examination by the end of June 2nd period, if further delaying, provide any necessary resources for reviewing or enrolling in course within the summer to finish the degree post 
Provide students with actual fair options and considering all the hard work that students have put into the courses preparation
Compensate the transportation and the doctor notes fees wasted 
re-evaluate the previous petition material based on a fair point of view and also please provide enough reasons for students to review.

In the future:

All students should have expedited their process, the intended graduate students should be given the right to write the early examination
Do not cancel the course within graduation post without no good reason,
This petition simply reflect the level of the inconsideration of registra has put on students circumstances and the extremely unfair attitude when dealing with the procedure in this moment. I wish school can take the responsibility by providing early examination sitting considering student and not delaying the process for students just intend to graduate!
