hello, my name is Arno Landry age 23 on May 17 2024 I was Terminated from a job where I thought was going to last me a while, I loved my job never a day would l have thought that this day will come and till this day I am still in disbelief because this was a way for me to pay my rent and bills and aide my two youngest siblings with their school books and partial of their tuition. I’ve been working for IMS logistics for 6-7 months now and I’ve grown a lot from learning how to talk to customers and learning how to greet costumers,  I moved to Houston 6 months ago hoping for a change in life and better opportunities in out of life this was my first job and I was wrongly terminated without given a warning or a suspension, I take full accountability for my actions and I always respect the rules but in this instance I’m just asking for my job back and fair second chances
